How To Activate Your Account
After successfully registering for an account you will be sent an activation e-mail with a link in it that you will need to open to finish the registration and activation process. You may need to check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not see the activation e-mail. If you do not receive the e-mail within 20 minutes after creating your account, please e-mail athletics.developers@@athletics.wisc.edu for help.
All athletics staff and student-athletes must log in with your athletics usernames and passwords. Staff usernames are formatted "athleticsusername@athletics.wisc.edu" where "athleticsusername" is the username you use to login to your e-mail and staff issued computer. Student-athletes need to use their campus e-mail addresses, for example, netid@wisc.edu, BUT they need to use their Athletics Fetzer Center Lab Computer Password.
NOTE: Athletics staff and student-athlete accounts are created automatically and are linked to their individual Athletics network logins.
Modifying Your Profile
To modify your profile information please click on the "Profile" link in the main menu of this site. Please note, Student-Athletes, Coaches, and Staff are not allowed to edit some portions of their profiles. In cases where a change is required and you are a Coach or Staff member, please contact the Athletics IT Help Desk. If you are a Student-Athlete, please make any name and address changes with the Office of the Registrar. Changes with the Registrar may take 24 to 72 hours to show up in this portal.
Creating a Strong Password
All passwords on the site are required to follow standard password complexity requirements. Specifically, each password much be at least 14 or more characters long, must be a mix of lowercase, uppercase, numbers, and symbols.

If you are Athletics Staff and need to contact the Athletics IT Help Desk, please call them using the contact info listed on AthInfo. Please note that because of the pandemic, IT Help Desk staff are operating at capacity and that it may take 24 to 48 hours for them to be able to reply to the requests that they get.
